May 11, 2025 Concentration camps are being established. Why, how, when, where? We will never know. They come out of nowhere. The rationalization at this time is that the Secretary of State has authority to deport immigrants for any reason. Deportation is not incarceration. The Secretary of State has no authority to incarcerate. To incarcerate for any reason, at any time, requires a legitimate process to justify it, not a tack-on to some other process which lacks the necessary accountability. Secretaries of State are not part of the process that properly determines the why, how, when and where of incarceration. There must always be court processes for incarceration; and a myriad of methods are available to courts for any justifiable and necessary process of incarceration. A need for secrecy is nothing resembling a required process for having unqualified persons be the sole determiners of someone else's destruction. But rationalizers of corruption slide realities around in an illogical manner. They add incarceration to deportation as if they were part of the same process. They aren't. Incarceration requires "due process." Rationalization is that way. It aligns upon motives in contempt for realities. Corrupters don't see the difference; and they assume rational use of laws is a corruption that needs to be abolished, because, as Reagan said government is the problem. So corrupters use rationalizations, as if they had a higher wisdom in interpreting technicalities, while they defy the clearly-described purposes of laws. They use the letter of the assumed law for technical rationalizations, while they have a contempt for the law as purposes aligned upon right-from-wrong. Technicalities are not definable without complete context and alignment upon purposes. The original documents that define the country describe purposes and methods, not policies. There is a vast difference between proper methods of doing things and policies based on motives and values which are amorphous, transient, undefinable and misrepresented. A lot of things need to be improved in government; but improvements need to align upon the purposes of the founding documents rather than aligning upon motives and rationalizing them with technicalities that misrepresent the purposes of documents and laws. The relevance is in the result. Why should rational and constructive persons be destroyed regardless of technicalities or defiance of the purposes of laws? No explanation is needed for corrupters. Doing whatever they can get buy with is their ethic, while the result shows their purpose is to destroy anyone who opposes their take-over of social processes for personal power at everyone else's expense. First, they go after vulnerable persons to test and establish their methods; and then they destroy everyone else who doesn't support their power. At that point, they are cornered losers who lash out at everyone around them. It never changes, because that is what corrupters do as they acquire the power to do so. Fraud Is Needed To Monger Power
