Incompetent power mongers take over the social structures and convert them into power structures for their personal gain at everyone else's expense. In doing that they replace rationality with word salad. That means generating word salad must be the end-all purpose of power mongering conspirators.

A possible definition of word salad would be, words stripped of rationality. Without rationality, words have no meaning.

Rationality is the process of relating to the objective realities of the universe that define life and solutions to problems. The universe gives realities meaning. Disconnecting from that meaning turns words into nonsense.

But the conspiring corrupters play off of meaning in an exploitive manner. They take word sequences that had meaning and rearrange them as if they had meaning but are nonsense.

To enhance the importance of the nonsense, embellishments are added as causes and values. Defeating enemies is always the noble purpose that requires power mongers to be in control of everything. The reason why? Because the power mongers have the right values and their enemies do not. The right values are always aligned upon defeating the enemy. What could be worse than the enemy destroying the good life that power mongers supposedly produced and work to protect?

The decisions are made on the U.S. East Coast; and the innovations are produced on the U.S. West Coast. That means the word salad is produced in the East and the rationality is produced in the West. Those are generalizations based on ecology and opportunity with a lot of variations. It takes massive consensus to generate power out of word salad but individual effort to produce innovations out of rationality.

Steve jobs was shoved out of the company that he created, until it went bankrupt and let him back in. No group could accomplish what Steve Jobs did in designing the smart phone. It took broad-scale effort along many lines including convincing Hollywood to get back into the music business, so the I-Pod could be invented as a source of revenue for designing the smart phone.

Greenhouse gases were needed as a fraud subject, so nonsense could be the basis for redesigning energy and transportation systems. There is no wrong way to impose the dangers of a fraud subject; so know-nothings are used for the purpose in washing the hands of incompetents in physics. The boogeyman that needs to be defeated is boundless; so looking out the window can be used as the proof.
