November 3, 2024 Conservatives assume laws were written by liberals to give themselves an unfair advantage over conservatives. The purpose of Reaganites in 1981 was to "get rid of eighty years of liberalism gone awry," as Reagan said government is the problem and deregulation was instituted to get rid of the critical laws standing in the way of conservatives and forcing them to fight their war with one hand tied behind their backs. Conservatives are self-righteously trying to redesign laws, so the laws are obstacles to liberals instead of conservatives. What they miss is that the laws of the universe define life and solutions to problems. life cannot be sustained without aligning realities upon the laws of the universe. That's why the U.S. Constitution says rights are self-evident and inalienable. Why then do conservatives assume laws were written by liberals to take advantage of conservatives? Because conservatives put themselves in conflict with the universe in their attempts to prevail through domination. But they cut themselves off from objective realities; so they don't know what is meant by the laws of the universe and they assume alignment upon laws of the universe through rationality is nothing but a scheme against conservatives. In other words, conservatives don't know that nonconservatives have always been following laws which conservatives find intolerable. Conservatives assume such laws are pulled out of thin air to make life impossible for conservatives. Trump keeps harping on that theme claiming he is being persecuted unlike anyone else by liberals in government who use government as a weapon against himself. He doesn't know that he puts himself in conflict with the universe as the cause of his problems instead of liberals aligning upon the laws of the universe putting his corruption in conflict with properly produced governmental laws. Of course the most informative examples are the laws that Trump broke as the basis for the two impeachments against him. In the first instance, Trump got on the phone, as president running against Biden, and called Zelensky telling him to dig up dirt on Biden with the threat of withholding military equipment if he didn't. Campaign laws say government is not supposed to be used to give a candidate an advantage over an opponent. Conservatives are clueless. They can't imagine why they should not be allowed to do anything that gets them where they want to be. The reason why such campaign laws were written, is because totalitarians use that method of entrenching their power. Hitler got elected claiming to have solutions to problems which other politicians couldn't solve. After he got elected, he hung his political opponents in the streets until there was no opposition and then dismantled all elements of government beyond his whims imposed upon everyone. Conservatives don't know that their winning elections through any means possible would result in the same Nazism as Hitler produced. Where are the boundaries preventing it, when laws are not required? Is it the wisdom of conservatives that turns lawless whims into democracy; or is it properly defined governmental laws aligned upon the laws of the universe that produce democracy?
