Corrupters believe in their corruption; so they impose it onto everyone as an assumed necessity.

That's because corruption has a purpose. It isn't a valid or constructive purpose; but the origins disappear into oblivion, while corrupters prevail with corruption. Prevailing by dominating is the methodology of corrupters. Prevailing convinces corrupters that their method is a higher standard.

But unlike real standards, the method of prevailing has to be forced onto others through force and violence, because no one benefits from corrupters prevailing by dominating.

The starting point of corruption is incompetents finding that they are losers where rationality exists. Instead of improving their rationality, corrupters decide to change their method of being winners by resorting to domination to prevail against other persons.

After some time at winning by prevailing through domination, corrupters assume they are better off than they would be where there is rationality. They then assume that making themselves winners through domination must be the answer to everything and rationality is for fools. They miss the fact that normal persons neither need to be winners nor become losers through rationality.

Since nothing constructive can be done through domination, it takes a lot of force and violence to impose domination onto society. But corrupters assume their purpose to be heroic in imposing domination onto society because of their assumptions in translating their three-second wins into the answer to everything.
