Competence is required to produce constructive results. The demands upon competence increase as the social order gets more complex. But instead of competence increasing to meet the increasing demands, incompetent corrupters decided to be winners by using force and violence to prevail through domination.

In that manner, incompetent power mongers took over the social structures and converted them into power structures for their personal gain at everyone else's expense. They fight a war against rationality, because rationality exposes them as the corrupters that they are.

Wouldn't competence be the fix? Power mongering doesn't exist where there is competence. Only incompetents monger power, because it takes force and violence to monger power, which is not how competence is produced.

In the power mongering world, results supposedly come out of nowhere and defeating enemies is the only requirement. The incompetents who monger power assume everything takes care of itself once enemies are defeated. So defeating enemies is their entire purpose. Since they can never defeat their enemies, they never have any other purpose, while the social order gets destroyed due to no constructivity being applied to solving problems.

Isn't it more than obvious that the demanding tasks of constructivity are needed to solve the complex problems of society? Not to incompetent power mongers. They put themselves in conflict with all elements of constructivity including rationality applied to objective reality to solve problems.
