Corrupters are obsessive controllers, because no one gains from corruption. That means a society must be overwhelmed by obsessive controllers before fascism can prevail.

Social control including propaganda is the limiting factor to fascism prevailing over a rational social order. Social control has been replacing ordered existence with chaos, which shows the extent of fascism that is occurring. When genocide is added to it, it is Nazism.

Fascism is the socialization of corruption. It occurs when incompetent power mongers take over social structures and convert them into power structures for their personal gain at everyone else's expense. They attempt to redesign the social order for their arbitrary control with no laws or impositions getting in their way.

Lawlessness is an ethic of corrupters, because laws are designed to prevent corruption from destroying ordered existence. But corrupters have a stupidity problem which tells them that laws and ordered existence are for fools. That's because corrupters are losers when rationality prevails. Rationality exposes them as the incompetent losers that they are. So they fight a war against rationality including ordered existence with its properly produced laws.

Reagan said, government is the problem. He meant the laws of government, not the power of totalitarians railroading the social order. Reaganites used so-called deregulation to strip critical laws from government.

Corruption begins with the assumption by losers that if they could prevail against other persons it would solve their problems. Prevailing against other persons requires the power to dominate. Domination is the most basic form of corruption. All elements of corruption flow from domination including the inability of people to run their own lives.

Reaganism was the official institutionalization of the fascism that is overwhelming society. Reaganites called it "a new normal." Only the objective realities of the universe that define life and solutions to problems can determine what normal is. For Reaganites to assume they could change what normal is shows the stupidity of corrupters resulting from their disconnect from objective reality.

It took several decades to get there; but Trump and sycophants overwhelming government and society is the result that Reaganism normalized.

Unrealistic assumptions have been replacing rationality, as fascism takes over the social structures. Lack of realism results from disconnect from objective reality, which is one of the requirements of fascism. Why? Fascism is similar to demagoguery in portraying corruption as the quick fix to everything.

Incompetent power mongers pretend that they have solutions to problems through wizardry which lesser persons do not understand. It comes out of their gut feelings rather than the rationality which is assumed to be produced by losers.

Rationality looks like losers being lost in complexities to incompetent power mongers who don't understand the complexities of objective reality. Supposedly, quick fixes are the answer to everything.

As sycophants turn to quick fixes, which they assume are the real answers to everything, they acquire more and more problems. But the sycophants who are brought to the surface by demagoguery don't have a clue what is going on. They assume power mongers have the answers to everything, because they are winners and only superior persons could be winners.

So why all the problems, while the new breed of winners controlling and dominating are superior to the losers whom they replaced? It could only be enemies disrupting the process. So wars increase attempting to get the losers out of the way.

Genocide is needed to do that. Genocide defines the transition from fascism to Nazism.

What gets missed in the historical superficialities of fascism and Nazism is the mind-frame of the sycophants who support the destroyers. When Eisenhower's group showed the Germans the death camps, the Germans claimed they had no idea it was happening. Why were such Germans supporting the Nazism with no knowledge of what was happening? That mind-frame needs to be understood, because it is destroying the social order.

The most basic element of the deteriorating mind-frame of fascism is a disconnect from objective reality. How and why does the disconnect from objective reality result from fascism?

Incompetent power mongers fight a war against rationality, because rationality exposes them as the corrupters that they are. They need power to prevail; and they need to replace realities with force and violence to prevail.

That's the why; so how do they accomplish that? How did they convince a gullible society that one molecule in 2,500 in the atmosphere is destroying the planet? Through fraud physics. But people know nothing of physics. It was a social dispute, until the media was under control of the power mongers and know-nothings imposed the fraud onto society with no criticism being allowed. Real scientists who tried to explain were shoved out of the process if not out of their jobs.

Taking over the social realities was an instrumental part of the process. That means not just the mainstream media but the "information super highway" as the new source of information.

There was a lot of social criticism on the Internet at first. And for that reason, the power mongers were going berserk to "get the crazies off the internet." The crazies were the social critics who had a new avenue of expression.

Over time, the internet was shut down, like unplugging Hal the computer in the movie 2001. The process of shutting down the internet started with algorithms which selected differentially with self-generating bias. The web sites with the most hits got the most visibility, which was an easily manipulated process.

But that process only diminished the problem. To totally eradicate the opposition and complete the process, search results were limited to about 200 items, while the 200 items were cluttered with garbage, such as kiddie questions and entertainment comments, as if nothing but entertainment were relevant to the modern society.

With no visibility for the other billions of web sites, sellers could no longer reach the public through the internet and had to resort to Amazon as their only avenue to the public. And with the social critics no longer being visible on the internet, the public got nothing but fascist propaganda for information.

Reality control through propaganda is the determining factor over fascism. Those persons who buy into the propaganda move up and get recognition in society; and those who don't disappear into oblivion.

So the process of producing fascism is not so much changing views but selecting views. The sycophants become the somebodies who rule the social order, as Trump and followers have been showing us.

As mindless sycophants take over the social order, the reality assumptions become absurd. So-called renewable energy is so absurd that the public is becoming aware of the problems and blocking much of the activity, while the propaganda becomes more adamant on the wonderous magic of the fake technology.

The genocide that is prevailing, not only in Gaza but also Ukraine, is beyond absurd in assuming destroying undesirable persons is going to solve someone's problems. The promoters of the genocide believe in their murderous schemes.

Another area of absurdities is the attempt to reduce globalization of trade to nationalistic manipulations including tariffs, as if the nineteenth century process of selling horseshoes could be re-instituted to make incompetents whole again.
