Relying Upon Absurdities

July 13, 2024

Nothing entrenches corruption like relying upon absurdities. Conservatives rely upon absurdities, which doesn't look right, such as trying to improve the economy by burning tax dollars on corporations which do not have the slightest use for the money and use it for stock buy-backs, which used to be illegal, before Reaganites threw out critical laws to "get the government off their backs."

Since relied-upon absurdities never produce the results corrupters expect, corrupters work awful hard trying to make them do so. Of course, it takes a lot of fraud to do so.

If corrupters were simply trying to exploit fraud as common criminals, the frauds would rapidly disappear. But the frauds don't disappear; they get imposed with more and more force in defiance of failures, because corrupters believe in their frauds. They expect to turn absurdities into the answers to problems through fraud.

In fact, the more disconnected from reality absurdities are, the more exploitable they are. That's because there are fewer objective realities creating conflicts where absurdities are more removed from the immediate.

That set of relationships is exploited most easily with futurism, because the conflicts can be defied claiming the problems are in the process of being solved. Futurism is like the apple in front of the horse; it's always in the future.

Futurism is the primary method of rationalizing absurdities. It allows corrupters to disconnect their beliefs from the conflicting evidence.

The most obvious example is the claim that fixes for fake technology are just around the corner, which has been the perpetual claim for decades, while energy and transportation systems are destroyed by absurdities.

What it shows is that the beliefs of corrupters are as imaginative as their disconnect from objective realities. Disconnect from objective realities removes contradictions from absurdities.

Fake technology became a quasi-liberal cause being very dogmatically imposed by know-nothing greens. The absurdities handed conservatives righteousness on a gold platter in taking an opposite view, at least occasionally. But that result was accidental, as conservatives are totally dependent upon absurdities to align their cause upon destroying enemies as the fix for their incompetent power mongering. Conservatives assumed burning three trillion tax dollars on corporations which didn't have the slightest use for it would improve the economy, because it would be an excuse for cutting social programs to balance the budget.

Conservatives actually believe that government can be replaced with some sort of individualism interpreted as no laws applying to themselves. Reagan said, government is the problem, meaning the laws of government, not the use of government for totalitarian power. To "get the government off their backs," Reaganites threw out critical laws, such as banking laws, which allowed derivatives to be produced and destroy the economy in 2008.

Conservatives fight a war against the lower classes assuming a homogeneous state of white racist power mongers will solve their problems. When they frame their views in terms of taking back their country, what they mean is that social existence should be aligned upon the task of making sin pay, not solving problems for the good of all, which they despise.
