Criticism is a method of aligning upon objective reality; so it is only taken up by rational and constructive persons while being repelled by corrupters.

Criticism is an element of rationality, which means corrupters fight a war against criticism, just as they fight a war against rationality. Rationality exposes corrupters for what they are, not only in terms of their incompetence but also in terms of the truth that rationality produces.

It's the methodology of criticism and rationality that matters. Methodology is the most basic and easy-to-identify difference between constructivity and destructivity.

In simple terms, it is explaining relevant and significant realities that causes truth to evolve. Even being wrong causes truth to increase, when relevant relationships between realities become visible through that methodology.

Criticism and rationality increase truth, because interactions of relevant realities increase truth. Preventing relevant realities from interacting is largely the purpose of the obnoxiousness of corrupters, such as name calling.

All types of subjectivity prevent relevant realities from interacting, which is the main reason why subjective realities such as personalized realities are inappropriate for the public domain. And of course it's the reason why corrupters impose subjectivity and personalized realities obnoxiously, such as Trump's name calling and absurdities.

Constructivity requires alignment upon the objective realities of the universe that define life and solutions to problems. Correct relationships between relevant realities will align upon the objective realities of the universe, because any alternatives are contrivances that cannot be free from contradictions.

Criticizing as a form of rationality means describing the realities related to errors. Related realities will show the difference between correct and incorrect relationships between realities. Preventing the differences from being visible requires corrupters to get quite obnoxious in their methods of handling realities.

Only alignment upon objective reality as determined by the universe is rationality. That means nonsensical word salad is not rationality. Incompetent power mongers can get Ph.D. degrees with word salad and not have a clue what they are talking about.

The difference between stating relevant realities, right or wrong, and imposing proclamations as values and motives is extremely obvious. So corrupters go running to the imposers of values and hate persons who describe relevance. Being right or wrong doesn't even enter consideration, because it is the methodology that matters, not being right or wrong.

To a large extent corrupters are fighting a war against the methodology of constructivity. They don't know it. They assume they are fighting their war against trouble makers. Rationality, particularly criticism, creates problems for them; so they assume such processes must be evil.

That's what corrupters have meant by communism is recent decades. They didn't know or care what real communism was; the just knew that enemies needed a degrading label and communism was a good enough fit. More recently, the label "liberal" is being shoehorned into that purpose.

How the process works couldn't be clearer than the impositions of fake science and technology onto society. "On par with coal" and "carbon free" erase all relevant realities from those subjects. Then saving mankind from the boogeyman in the atmosphere is an imposition, not an explanation. You are either with them or against them, as corruption is a state of "us against them" in defeating enemies to prevail.

The war of us-against-them which corrupters fight is a war over methodologies in handling realities. Imposing subjectivity and values is how they attempt to prevail. Adding the objective realities of the universe through rationality defeats them.
