The internet is no longer the source of information that it once was. It is now being used to dumb down the public to prevent people from acquiring the knowledge they need to oppose the incompetent power mongers who took over the social structures.

Searching is now limited to about two hundred items, while those items are filled with garbage such as kiddie questions and trivial nonsense. That makes the other billions of web sites invisible, which includes most of the sellers forcing them to sell on Amazon as their only contact with the public.

People are forced onto social media, which is designed for dumbing down. That means people are told what they need to know instead of finding out for themselves. Being told is dumbing down; finding out for themselves is the only avenue to knowledge. It isn't possible anymore.

Even Wikipedia is being tailored for dumbing down. The primary mechanism is to combine a vast number of subjects under one heading, so specific answers cannot be located. At the same time, specifics are turned into generalities which don't provide enough information for answering questions.

The pattern of Wikipedia is to start with ancient history, which only about three professors are concerned with. After about twenty paragraphs of that, minutia is covered, which is too superficial to be relevant to knowledge.

Not only is social media devoid of useful knowledge, it immerses the kids in gaming challenges which create an addiction similar to gamblers' addiction. Any demanding challenge combined with helplessness does that to unwary persons who get drawn in. The youngsters have no choice but to get drawn in, because the social media is combined with the communication process they need.

The result is an extreme degree of unawareness of social complexities by the public. After decades of the public having fake renewable energy imposed onto them, they are starting to find out what a destructive fraud it is. The public is still waiting for charging stations along highways, which cannot be constructed, because there is no way to get that much energy strung along highways.

The millions of scientists and engineers who know what a fraud renewable energy and electric vehicles are have been silenced. They could only be silenced by replacing the real internet with social media which tells people nothing they need to know to solve social problems.

The carbon dioxide issue almost disappeared fifteen years ago, when emails were exposed showing fraud by the promoters of the cause. Little happened for a few years; and then the issue came back with one side only, because there was no internet left for producing criticism.
