Corrupters pretend to be more worthy than their opponents, as they use worth or worthiness as the basis for rationalizing their corrupt purposes.

So it is no coincidence that as fascism took over society, affirmative action was thrown out on the basis of worth. In creating affirmative action, descriptions were based on the need for diversity as improvements in society. Its abolishment was based on personal worth, as if some method exists to determine worth of persons.

The overview is that incompetent power mongers taking over the social structures and converting them into power structures for their personal benefit at everyone else's expense was the primary force that overwhelmed the social order in replacing rationality with fascism.

Social corruption is not a transformation of worth but a replacement of persons. The promoters of rationality were shoved aside and replaced with incompetents based on fake worth.

An element of the problem was strife to create winners, which always existed but was generally condemned. As the false worth of fascism increased, strife moved from the realm of corruption to the good of society.

What then is the basis corrupters use for promoting strife to be winners as superiority? There is no basis; it results from the power to decree, while the power is acquired through domination using force and violence to prevail.

What proof is there of the error of winning being superiority? Every element of constructivity being converted into destructivity shows the result, as corrupters destroy everything they touch. Most obviously, science and engineering require rationality.

Rationality is required to produce products. Rationality is relating to the objective realities of the universe that define life and solutions to problems. The process is demanding in maintaining the complexities of a technological society.

Corrupters shrink into a bubble of self-centeredness disconnecting from the objective realities that are needed to solve problems. They try to produce a homogeneous state of existence to reduce the complexities which they can't handle.

The opposite is diversity which brings together complex realities. Experiences and viewpoints need to be diverse to escape from mind ruts that block progress in solving problems. Affirmative action was accomplishing that result in getting a representation of diversity into decision-making processes. Improving decision-making processes creates worth; preventing it creates social deterioration, not improvements in worth.

The power mongers who took over society do not produce rationality but replace it with nonsensical word salad. Ph.D. degrees can be acquired with nothing more than word salad, as the test of worth changes to blather in place of constructive purposes.

Diversity is needed to replace the nonsense with constructivity by creating an interaction of realities, because truth always increases with the interaction of realities.

Corrupters try to create a homogeneous social order to prevent truth from increasing through the interaction of realities. A homogeneous social order requires a totalitarian dictatorship to decree falsehoods as necessary improvements.
