June 20, 2025 Never is incarceration supposed to occur without a court process; and that includes ICE. Yet the Administration is pretending that the Secretary of State can do as he pleases with immigrants. The law says he can deport; not incarcerate. But those differences are ignored, as if all factors were linked together. How can The Secretary of State deport without incarcerating? If not, he does nothing. Deport does not mean unaccountable god. It means send back and nothing other than that—no tack-ons as incarcerating, unless the courts do the evaluating to determine what the realities are. The reason why is that the mindlessness of power mongers is not a substitute for the openness and accountability that allows the public to be aware of how our lives are being controlled. There is a level of mindlessness to corruption which says it would be impossible to follow laws and therefore anything goes, while corrupters place impossible demands upon the lower classes, as if the letter of some imaginary laws were being applied. Laws are defined by purposes, which are well described, not technicalities. Technicalities do not show definable purposes; so corrupters rationalize their criminality on the basis of technicalities. Procedures evolved over thousands of years for the purpose of getting things right. The pretense of whim being better than required procedures is a contempt for the human state of existence. No one could align upon the realities of situations when using whim rather than the required procedures. The procedures were required for that reason. They were an adaptation found to be needed for solving problems. Yet the pretense is that trouble-making enemies (the libs) created the procedures for their invalid purposes and must be defied by replacing the procedures with whims. There is an underlying assumption that only the values and motives are relevant; so alignment upon the right values and motives is the only requirement for solving problems. The absurdity in that assumption is in the absence of complexities it assumes in all significant problems. That's the problem in destroying people lives on a whim sending them to strange places with no process to determine why. Someone's whim is supposed to replace required procedures for making such determinations. That's why no one, including the Secretary of State, has a legal authority to incarcerate anyone without a judicial processes. Police cannot arrest someone without the requirement of a court process rapidly occurring. Yet that whole concept is trashed as if humans just stepped out of the jungles and never heard of ordered existence. Conservatives assume procedures are nonsense created by liberals and must be replaced with arbitrary whims coming out of a black hole with no explanations. Just having the right persons making the decisions is supposed to take care of everything. That's why Reagan said, government is the problem, while conservatives started the process of destroying government through so-called deregulations. Forty five years of tearing down ordered existence resulted in totalitarian whims replacing properly derived government. Fraud Is Needed To Monger Power
