May 21, 2025 The founding documents for the U.S. government consist of clearly described purposes, not technicalities which have no meaning without complete context and description aligned upon the purposes. Yet technicalities are being used to make a mockery of the purposes with no explanations. The reasons why are highly visible. A group of persons have acquired power with the belief that ordered existence, rationality, properly produced laws and democratic government were a product of misdirected libs and need to be replaced by the whims of superior persons. They believe in whim being the only proper source of decisions in running the social order. That's totalitarian dictatorship with fascism as Nazism. One of the clearest examples is deporting immigrants based on the Secretary of State having the power to deport for any reason. The reasons given are mockeries of the purposes of the Constitution and the need for rationality and explanations in creating ordered existence, such as deporting persons for making valid and necessary criticisms in places unrelated to government. Making everything the government's business is totalitarian Nazism. Supposedly, the Secretary of State has a right to promote such values. Why isn't the promotion of those values being described and opposed as the totalitarian mockeries of the Constitution and Nazism that they are? The results are not even consistent with the technicalities being used as the basis. The founding documents do not give the Secretary of State the authority to incarcerate. Period. Only courts have that authority. Yet the trash logic of the new bunch is that anything they connect to their assumptions goes with any methodology to impose mockeries onto society. Saying that the Secretary of State cannot deport without incarceration is exactly why the founding documents did not describe a methodology of incarceration for the Secretary of State, who was not supposed to be a government with any desired values being imposed with whims. Deporting was supposed to be limited to the purposes described in the documents which would not include incarceration as part of the Secretary of State's authority. The assumption that deportation requires incarceration as an inherent inclusion doesn't mean incarceration must be tacked onto deportation. It means deportation is supposed to be extremely limited and courts take up incarceration. Unspecified tack-ons have no boundaries or limits, which means nothing beyond the described laws are allowed. Yet the totalitarian Nazis assume anything goes in government outside described laws, which is part of the contempt for described laws. Most basically, there is a logic to the purposes of the founding documents, which is that ordered existence requires respect for persons, their needs for survival and everything related to the "self-evidence and inalienable" rights.
