Power mongers assume everything will work better after they get everyone stomped under their own feet. They create nonfunctionality doing that.

Their mind-frame is oriented around the concept of slavery. They view lower level persons as worth nothing and slavery being a method of getting something out of them.

In fact, the exploited persons do not necessarily need to be very low level, because power mongers consider themselves to be superior persons. So anyone below them by some criterion (almost any criterion will be rationalized) means they are above other persons and must therefore exploit the persons below them for releasing the maximum potential of endeavors.

If none of that makes sense, it's because the minds of power mongers don't make sense. Power is acquired in dominating other persons through force and violence. To assume that process is an indication of superiority is how corrupters rationalize. They believe in their own rationalizations, while no one else does.

Stomping others under through domination creates nonfunctional processes, because no one can function constructively under those conditions. Power mongers don't have a clue what functioning constructively would be; so they miss the nature of the problem. Then when the results are inadequate, they assume more perversion is needed instead of less.

Be sure to notice that the whole problem is an inability of power mongers to grasp what constructivity is. They assume their domination is all it takes to get results. Missing in their view is everything rational persons do in life.
