Affirmative action meant including a significant number of non-whites into social structures including universities. Then the conservative Supreme Court threw out the concept saying it is a form of racism. What they missed is that racism is heavily ingrained in society due to corruption that increases. To remove a partial correction of racism as if the real racism didn't exist is disgraceful.

The conservative agenda includes the fraudulent claim that government should not interfere with the method of incompetent corrupters running the world on the basis of arbitrary whim. Reagan said, government is the problem. The primary purpose of government is to diminish the destructivity of corruption. So of course, corrupters don't want government getting in their way.

Nothing could be more fraudulent than the claim by conservatives that hands-off government is what they promote and how they acquire their power. Trump uses the government to destroy his enemies including immigrants. That's hands on Nazism. The new Jim Crow laws are designed to keep the lower classes from voting. That's hands-on government. The most significant characteristic of conservatives is their war against the lower classes. That's hands-on government.

So conservatives pretend that looking the other way is a more constructive and righteous method of doing things. There is no such thing as looking the other way in anything a complex society does. Looking the other way is why the lower classes have to stand in line for ten hours to vote, while the upper classes walk in and out. Looking the other way is why billions of dollars are spent on education for the rich and powerful, while the lower classes have to dig their education out of the ground.

Are the million dollar research grants an element of hands-off government? Is teaching power mongers how to take over the social structures through fraud hands-off government?

So, of course, the only relevant question about anything society does is, what is proper, just and constructive. Putting incompetent power mongers in control of our lives is nothing resembling proper, just and constructive. They get government funding for their private schools to put them in control of our lives, while they harp on fairness in keeping non-whites out of the social structures by throwing out affirmative action.

Private schools are used to teach incompetent frauds how to monger power through word salad. The incompetents then go into privileged universities as their ticket to take over our lives. Keeping out anyone who promotes rationality is a primary element of taking over the social order and converting it into fascism and Nazism.

Affirmative action has to be thrown out to prevent opponents from disrupting that process. It's the lower classes who disrupt that process; so it is the lower classes who have to be kept out of the process by preventing affirmative action from creating alternative purposes aligned upon rationality.
