Corrupters use image as a weapon against rationality. That's because there is nothing easier to fake than imagery particularly along the lines of power; and power is what corrupters use to overwhelm rational existence.

Fraud always has an element of fake imagery with it. That's why physics is the highest status that corrupters can achieve. The image of physicists is that of lords over the most complex processes on Planet Earth. There is ten or twenty times more money spent on physics than all other science combined; and not an iota of it is constructive or legitimate. Physicists are too dumb to understand the abstractions of their subject matter; so they learn how to use fakery to perpetrate fraud against the public.

The fakery of physics is used to glamorize fraud as if it were the highest of achievements. To create that impression physicists pretend to be accomplishing the impossible, as if it were not impossible but so demanding that only the lords of everything could accomplish such tasks.

There wasn't a reason in the world to pretend to be measuring gravity waves beyond the fakery of pretending that physicists could do the impossible. They supposedly measured motion down to 100 million times smaller than the vibration of atoms. That's like measuring one inch with a ruler that vibrates between Chicago and Los Angeles.

Why didn't physicists claim something more credible, like one micron instead of one tenth of an attometer? The reason why is because other scientists would have been arguing the issue, if it weren't so preposterous; but all they could say about the claimed result is that it is fraud, while the word fraud is not allowed in science or journalism on such authoritative subjects. To criticize such extreme fraud, scientists would have been called deniers and haters of science.

One of the things that it shows is that the more criminal the process of faking imagery, the better it works. That's because the consequences must be too expensive, not only in dollars but time and reputations spent, to argue the subjects. And of course, the more extreme, the farther removed from public comprehension. Getting the public disconnected from the arguments is a guaranty of success with criminality.

When frauds impersonate important persons, they walk through the corridors of power uninhibited, which gives them opportunities to rip off unsuspecting persons. That's because power is virtue and powerlessness is corruption where power mongers operate, which is bigotry. The definition of bigotry is the assumption that power is virtue and powerlessness is corruption.
