Every mention of droughts and floods contains the proclamation that "climate change" is the cause. That would be like pointing out that time is changing, since everything in weather and climate is constantly changing, except that it is only mentioned because humans are supposedly the cause and need to be fixing the problem.

Every drought and resulting flood, at present time and in the past, is a product of a high pressure air mass that: one, stops air from moving; two, prevents precipitation; and three, dumps the accumulated moisture out all at once.

Were humans the cause a thousand years ago? A million years ago? Know-nothings assume nothing has ever change in climate, until humans caused it to happen by putting carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. They never cease to inform us of something we supposedly don't know and they do. And they impose a solution whether it works of not.

The incompetent scientists who promote the fakery hedge with a bunch of mumble and maybes, while leaving it to unaccountable nobodies to impose the fakery onto society with no criticism allowed. That's because the incompetent power mongers who design the frauds have the purpose of ripping everyone off to produce fake solutions which add more problems for more rip-offs.

The fake meeting for global solutions ran into a conflict for that reason. The small countries, particularly from ocean islands being flooded, wanted more money to solve their problems; but the powerful countries weren't in the business of shelling out money to solve someone's problems. They were in the business of multiplying the frauds to increase their rip-off. They were planning to increase the buying and selling of carbon credits as another way of creating expensive scams.

No one in science knows why temperatures have been increasing on a large scale; and the incompetents in science will only say that human input of carbon dioxide appears to be increasing the problem. The CO2 was only supposed to increase the temperature by less than 1.5°C since the industrial revolution, but the increases were far more than that.

The know-nothings who speak for everyone else have not shown the slightest concern for that other cause, as if getting the temperature back down 1.5°C over the next several decades is better than nothing.

There are many factors that influence the dramatic and continuous changes in global temperatures and climate. One is an ice age that occurs every 100 thousand years and is scheduled to occur at any time. It almost began several years ago, when there was more snow than could easily melt in northern Canada. We lucked out and might luck out a few more times and might not. Chinook helicopters will be needed to remove people from northern areas, when our luck runs out.

Between ice ages, ocean temperatures increase 5-6°C. Then sea levels drop 400 feet, as the ice sheet forms.

The Arctic area was free from ice more than a century ago, as Amundsen's group attempted to chart a "Northwest Passage" in 1903-1906. But ice soon closed it back up. Arctic ice has been melting and refreezing for at least a century.

The "ice man" was found when ice in the Alps thawed. He got there when there was no ice there about five thousand years ago; then ice covered him up. Ice forms and melts in mountains for no reason that scientists can determine.

Solar intensities often change, which resulted in a "Medieval Warm Period" that occurred between 950 and 1250 AD. Then a "little Ice age" occurred between 1300 and 1850 AD.

What has been happening lately is that wind stops blowing near coastlines causing high pressure air masses to form. Heat accumulates due to the absence of wind which is needed for evaporative cooling. When wind stops blowing over the oceans, evaporative cooling stops and ocean surface temperatures increase.

Heat and pressure increase when air stops moving due to absence of evaporative cooling and increased water vapor which does not precipitate at increased temperature and pressure. Then when temperature or air pressure decreases, the accumulated water vapor comes out all at once creating floods.

A high pressure air mass was noticeable on the western coast of California about ten years ago causing drought conditions. It continually increased and spread farther north, eventually reaching into Canada and creating droughts along the entire west coast. Something similar has been apparently occurring around the globe, as droughts and floods have been reported.

What is it that sometimes prevents ocean air from crossing coastlines? No one knows. But when the air stops moving, ocean temperatures increase and humans see droughts and floods. Try to find out from the know-nothings why that happens.
