Proper writing was about the largest subject taught in general education at one time. Every element of that subject is defied in promoting fake science and technology, because it's impossible to produce fraud with proper communication.

It also means communication is proof of fraud, because no one can defy the essence of the largest subject in general education without knowing they are producing fraud.

"On par with coal" and "carbon free" defy every element of proper communication and rationality. No one could miss the fact that a huge expense on any subject is going to put huge amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere, which means not carbon free. Germany and England approximately bankrupted themselves producing fake renewable energy, which is not a carbon free process.

So why are they doing that, when it can't be to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere? The motive is as old as social existence: to monger power through fraud. Mongering power through fraud requires a communication process diabolically opposed to everything taught about communication processes.

Frauds used to be promoted in smaller chunks than destroying energy and transportation systems. The science and technology frauds are overwhelming ordered existence, as they create more problems and divert ever more resources and attention to fakery.

The fake technology hit walls of impossibilities long ago; yet the fakery goes on, as it becomes more obviously incredible. Corrupters don't change directions, as their corruptions create more problems, because corrections become more impossible and commitments become more condemning, both requiring more fraud. Instead of corrections, dogmatism becomes more defiant. When the scale of the fraud gets socialized, the result is fascism, which transforms into Nazism.

It shows that the purpose of mongering power is all corrupters produce because of their incompetence which prevents them from producing rational constructivity.
