People have a right to expect objective reality in the public domain, since values and personal realities are not definable and are highly varied. But a lot of conflicts need to be resolved in the area of values; and government must arbitrate the results. No one else is supposed to arbitrate values. Religions can teach values; but only the government can draw the lines.

The criminal codes draw lines for values; and they must have close to total public support. Criminal codes cannot be drawn around vagaries or social disputes, as the prohibition of alcohol showed. A lot of wrongs are not in criminal codes or arbitrated by government because of the infinite complexities and disputes. That means a lot of tolerance of wrongs must occur and intolerance is socially destructive.

Fascism and its more extreme form as Nazism are attempts to arbitrate values and subjective realities—sometimes even personalized realities, as Trump shows in degrading opponents with name calling. Fascists do not accept the limitations of complex societies and the need for pluralistic human existence.

The reason why humans cannot defy pluralistic social standards is because complexities create infinitely varied results and demands. The attempts by fascists to defy that principle destroys human existence; it doesn't purify human existence as fascists and Nazis claim.

It seems that there needs to be an explanation of why fascists and Nazis are wrong about the virtues of purifying the social state. Every element of human existence goes into that subject. Since Nazis like genetics; the facts could not be clearer in that area. Evolution focussed more visibly on diversity than any other factor. Flowers on plants are there to promote genetic diversity. Exchange of highly diverse genes is needed for survival by adapting to changing environmental conditions. Animals have similar needs.

You say, evolution is not values? Tell the Nazis (They're back.). They used a fake Arian race to impose their values for white racism.

Truth evolves through the interactions of realities. A lot of diversity is needed to create the interactions of realities. And that is the real reason for the fake purification promoted by corrupters. They need absolute homogeneity in society to prevent realities from interacting and producing truth. They try to stomp out every last vestige of opposition for that reason, which is the real reason for intolerance of differences.

It's not appropriate for government, legislators or the Supreme Court to arbitrate values such as the abortion issue with so much social diversity and dispute on the subject. Values must be close to entirely accepted before being arbitrated by government.

To pretend that the constitutional documents require a particularly position on values is the opposite of what the authors attempted to accomplish. They left values untouched and outlawed religious impositions. Their purpose was to establish basic procedures knowing that constant change in social complexities could not be predicted or pre-determined. They left endless alternatives for that reason—so much so that it is impossible to prosecute such trouble makers as Trump on Constitutional grounds.

That means the government and Supreme Court are supposed to look at social complexities, not the Constitution, in evaluating values. There must be close to total acceptance to impose values or subjective realities onto society.

If abortions are wrong, religions are supposed to convince people of that through rationality, before the government arbitrates the subject. For some religious persons to say killing is involved in abortions and the government must stop it, they need to start with the 800 billion dollar military budget, which exists to kill people. Weapons are designed to kill people and destroy their property. Yet the fake purifiers prefer to have the military kill their enemies to purify society.
