Corrupters are fixers. All of their corruptions are supposedly virtues, because they are fixing something. So there needs to be some clarification on what fixing means.

The process of fixing starts by finding something wrong. Wrong is a relative concept; so anything can be picked as the wrong that needs fixing. Then the methodology is corruption as the fix.

Corruption is defined as that which destroys life. So corrupters fix something by destroying life. They then try to paint the destructiveness as necessary, regardless of how problematic, because they fixed something. They fix nothing, but supposedly they make improvements based on their values and purposes, which are destructive.

They supposedly fixed government by throwing out laws as so-called deregulation. The laws were creating ordered existence. Corrupters cannot tolerate order, because demands are placed upon them as the definition of human order. Order means creating requirements. Corrupters do not tolerate the requirements of laws due to the demands placed upon themselves, though they try to run vulnerable persons in circles with nonsensical demands, such as looking for jobs, when they already have jobs or are not allowed to work, because they don't have the required work history, which is why a lot of homeless persons are on the streets.

The most basic reality that characterizes corrupters is that they allow no broad-based social demands to be created that apply to everyone equally as laws. Without such demands, there is no ordered existence including no such thing as real government.

In other words, corrupters want uninhibited freedom to promote their motives and values with no requirements involved. That's why they are constantly harping on freedom. Human conditions do not give them enough freedom to express their destructiveness uninhibitedly.

When Reagan said government is the problem, he was summarizing a basic property of corrupters in not allowing demands to be placed upon themselves. So conservatives, being aligned upon Reagan's description of existence, have been trying to repurpose government as a totalitarian force instead of a democratic procedure for aligning laws upon problems and solutions to create ordered existence.

Laws create demands upon everyone. So corrupters say laws make them fight their war with one hand tied behind their backs. They aren't supposed to be fighting any war. Life is supposed to be a problem-solving process, not a war.
