The social order was created by persons whose purpose was the betterment of society. The power mongers who take over the social order change the purpose to extraction procedures. Extraction procedures are not self-sustaining.

Power mongers are taught to extract. It's not a natural human reaction. Humans have problems that tell them they need to solve problems. Solving problems requires rationality directed toward constructivity. Everyone benefits from constructivity or it doesn't work.

Power mongers have a problem in producing rationality and constructivity; so they find an alternative by mongering power. The alternative is to extract, which requires no competence.

Something must exist having been created by someone else, before it can be extracted. Therefore there is no gain in extracting. In fact, there is always a net reduction due to destructiveness and inefficiency in harming other persons for one's own benefit.

Since extracting is destructive, it requires overwhelm. Power is needed to overwhelm. It is produced by degrading other persons producing a relative position of power rather than an added value.

That's why it seems so unnecessary for corrupters to be degrading vulnerable persons including the lower classes, minorities, outsiders and immigrants. There is no visible gain; it is done to acquire power over other persons.

Superficially, it doesn't seem like much can be done with power acquired through such destructiveness. The results show up elsewhere, such as the ability to take over social structures by shoving out constructive persons. The power of numbers is used for such purposes.

Acquiring and using the power of numbers requires eliminating opposition. Force and intimidation are required. The element of threat is necessary in forcing compliance. The difference between insiders and outsiders must create a motive for cooperating with the power mongering conspirators.

Conspiring to monge power includes being taught the rules of how the process works. Persons who join the conspirators learn a state of existence and view of reality which contradicts the requirements of normalcy in solving problems for the betterment of everyone.

In that way, public servants are replaced with exploiters who extract.
