Power And A War Against The Lower Classes

October 29, 2020

Power requires a war against the lower classes. Power in society is not constructive, because it puts the motives of persons in conflict with the objective purposes of social structures.

Incompetent corrupters monger power as a substitute for rationality. Their primary source of power is the power of numbers, which translates into conspiracies.

Substitute realities are required by power mongers, because the truth produced through rationality exposes them for the incompetent corrupters that they are. Contriving fake realities is the alternative.

Of course, fake realities would be nothing if compared to the objective realities of the universe which define the requirements for life. That means fake realities can only exist as substitutes for objective reality. And it means objective reality must be tore down in pretending that fake realities have a meaning.

Fake science and technology show how the process works. Supposedly, carbon dioxide in the atmosphere is destroying the planet. Real scientists were putting the frauds in their place, until know-nothings in journalism and organizations convinced the public that the fraud was fact and settled science.

On that basis, new forms of energy and transportation were contrived. Never mind the expense and waste, as no price is too high to pay in saving the planet from carbon dioxide—that is, as the entry point to the arguments. After the initial stages of argument, the point shifts to such a wonderful result that nothing else should be considered, even after solar and wind power ran aground years ago. It's the future that is going to show the wonderful results.

Any number of scientists and engineers tried to explain what is wrong with those claims. They were not just ignored, they were scandalized out of their jobs.

Power mongering conspiracies do that, because power impresses persons who have too much missing reality. Most persons know nothing of science and technology; so the persons who show the most power with the largest numbers and making the most promising claims get the following.

That dynamic puts the lower classes in conflict with the process. The lower classes have problems which need to be solved. Solving the problems requires rationality aligned upon the laws of the universe.

It's because power mongers have so few problems that they can flip away objective reality with no concern for the consequences. Persons who have problems cannot be so whimsical, which of course means the lower classes.

So power mongers fight a war against the lower classes trying to keep them from demanding real solutions to real problems and imposing objective reality upon the frauds.

Then of course, bigotry and elitism go with mongering power. Bigotry is the assumption that power is virtue, truth and knowledge. Elitism is the assumption that a person is what he is in contact with. It's why Trump surrounds himself with gold paint. He assumes he is worth gold when gold paint is visible.

The lower classes do not project such worth onto bigots and elitists. So the lower classes are not just silenced; they are attacked as a detriment to society by the power mongers.
