Why Anti-Welfare

September 30, 2020

Trump's base has been telling us lately that they put Trump there to get rid of something. It's something in the area of welfare and liberalism that they are trying to get rid of. They can't clarify what it is. Therefore, some theorizing on the conspiracy is needed.

Trumpers, as conservatives, keep expressing their hate for welfare with no clear meaning for welfare. There has never been a welfare system in the U.S. besides Aid To Dependent Children, which ended in 1997. Conservatives do hate Social Security, which says something about their values and purposes, but it isn't their focus.

Liberals are attacked for some sanctimonious reason which cannot be clarified. In part, it's because liberals promote the mysterious welfare, but liberals are also hated for petty reasons which are independent of governmental concepts.

The degree of urgency points to a feeling of threat. That part is simple. Incompetent corrupters feel threatened by all elements of rationality which leave them behind and generate truth which condemns them. But where does welfare enter into it?

One of the things welfare does is give people freedom and escape from persecution. There is no welfare system doing that in the U.S., but conservatives don't know that. They imagine the lower classes lying around and refusing to work because they get welfare. Social Security does a little of that for the elderly, so conservatives imagine such an effect onto the lower classes.

The bigger question is why such an opposition to welfare, imagined or real? It's certainly not the cost. Trillions of tax dollars are burned by corporations, decade after decade, for the not so inconspicuous reason of preventing it from being used for social programs.

A major element of the effect is the war against the lower classes that flows endlessly from power mongers. Power mongers are not always wealthy. In fact, the incompetent corrupters who monger power often have quite frugal lives. The mongering process is not dependent upon success and it's not directly based upon wealth but upon domination.

The mongering part of mongering power requires destruction of vulnerable persons as the only method of being winners that incompetent corrupters can produce. The victims obviously oppose the cause of their problems. So a war develops between power mongers and their victims.

Over time, corrupters convince themselves that everything they do is virtue, necessity, successful and productive. They first lie about those things defensively and then convince themselves that their lying is truth.

All governments and their laws are largely designed to overcome the effects of corruption. As many commenters have noticed, governments would probably not exist without corruption needing to be dealt with.

Corrupters hate government and its laws, because defeating their corruptions is the purpose. Part of the effect is governments providing assistance to the victims. Such assistance is the escape of the lower classes from the cruelty of corrupters. Whether welfare is involved or not, corrupters imagine that it is and use it as a concept for opposing the process of government assisting the victims of corrupters.
