Conservatives are generating cat fights over values. Their purpose is to defy liberals. The result always follows the purpose and is always successful when destructivity is prevailing over rationality.

Any pretext would produce the same result. Fighting over the color of concrete would produce the same result, when destructivity has the purpose of destroying rationality as a method of getting enemies out of the social structures.

In fact, that's what happened. It's how incompetent corrupters took over the social structures including corporations and institutions. Now they want to take over state and local governments that way, while Trump is trying to get back into the presidency that way.

The two most visible examples are the fights over "cancel culture" and teaching about slavery. Whoever came up with the term cancel culture must have been looking at conservatives, because cancelling ordered existence by cancelling rational persons is about the only thing conservatives do.

Saying "your fired" is the ultimate cancelling. It's the only thing Trump does. He fired every person in the white house but the few remaining at the end, and they were on the verge of being fired.

So when conservatives create a cat fight over liberals being the cancel culture, there doesn't have to be an iota of reality to their cat fights. Trying to erase the history of racism is nothing but a similar cat fight.

As always, the essence of corruption is not in the end result but the starting point and underlying basics. Being intolerant of minor things will always destroy surrounding concerns. There is no way to remove all differences.

For that reason, the only thing relevant in disputes is maintaining proper social structures for resolving differences and living with the results. When something is intolerable, a justifiable process is needed to deal with it, not a destructive cat fight which leaves no rationality afterwards.

Of course, corrupters always lose when justifiably-created social structure are used to solve problems. Now that corrupters have acquired some power, they are more dogmatic in preventing social structures from diminishing their power. Destroying the social structures is what they are doing too maintain their power. Nazism is the only thing left when the social structures are destroyed.
