Superficiality is increasing as corruption is increasing in society. It means there is less and less substance to claims.

Rationality requires enough information and explanation to allow evaluation. Evaluation is the doom of corrupters. So less evaluation is allowed as corruption gets more imposing.

The long-term trend was visible in the global warming issue. At first, a lot of explaining was required. Lately, nothing but the most trivial gloss goes with the impositions. Heat equals global warming due to carbon dioxide, supposedly.

Using global warming as the model of extreme superficiality, it is noticeable that the claims disconnect from their origins to an extreme degree. At first, no scientists would make such ludicrous claims. The qualification, at first, means, after the public is propagandized sufficiently, fake scientists go along and pretend there is a science to the absurdities.

Regardless of the source material, superficiality is an insult to intelligence. People have a right to do their own evaluating. No evaluating is possible without information.

It means, the more superficial claims get, the more imposition of corruption is occurring. What corrupters do not understand is that corruption is in the method, not the claims. Any and all claims can be valid disputes if proper methods of presentation exist allowing people the right to decide for themselves.

The problem is, the main purpose of corrupters is to impose. Explanations do not impose; they give people the freedom to evaluate. Giving people something is not what corrupters intend to do. They lose when people have enough ability to respond. Superficiality is a method of stripping the ability to respond form impositions.

Under ideal conditions, and to some extent in earlier decades, an improper method of communication would be addressed as such. Not now days. There isn't enough paper (computer space) in all the world to address improper methods.
