The Scale Of Worth

Bigots and power mongers make themselves ignorant by extracting their version of reality from the scale of worth. They assume that social status determines truth, knowledge and all measures of worth. Of course they get everything upside down, but they don't know it.

The scale of worth is approximately determined by wealth, but various effects can modify the result. A wealthy person could fall into disrepute or could be on the wrong side of the political spectrum. Total, average success is approximately the worth.

The reinforcement for the erroneous assumption is that bigots and power mongers are striving for power and assume there is no other purpose that anyone has. So the most successful persons at achieving that goal must be the most capable.

One of the errors is the assumption that everyone is trying to do what the bigots and power mongers are doing. Some persons are trying to create a better society. America was made great the first time by persons who came out of the poverty or hard times of the depression of the 1930s and World War II. They knew social problems needed to be solved, and they created a modern society with endless development during the 1950s.

The bigots and power mongers don't know that. They assume that more bigots and power mongers made America great the first time, so they should be able to do so again.

Power can only be mongered by disconnecting from objective reality and contriving fake reality in its place. A substitution process is needed, because only fake reality can be subjectively arbitrated by dominating persons, while objective reality exposes their incompetence and corruptness.

What Corruption Is
