Degeneracy advances corruption. There needs to be less corruption, not more. But degenerates pretend that their methods accomplish more, and everyone should be more of a degenerate. Of course, they wouldn't call their ticket to success degeneracy. What then is degeneracy? Is it in the eye of the beholder? The central core of degeneracy is selfishness, which is normally assumed to be a moral corruption. Are moralists wrong about selfishness? The most noticeable thing about selfishness is that no one gains except the selfish persons (and only in their own ignorant way). But there is a horseshoe loop in the logic. The selfish person is supposedly worth more, so advancing his personal interests supposedly benefits everyone. Perhaps the most significant element of this subject shows up at this point, which is subjective values overriding objective realities. The supposed worth of degenerates is obviously in conflict with objective reality. One of the main elements of degeneracy is a disconnect from and unawareness of objective reality. Degenerates feel the worth of degeneracy rather than evaluate the objective realities. Degenerates actually assume that objective reality is corruption, while invisible values are the answer to everything. To carry that logic further means that the destruction of objective reality is a good thing rather than a bad thing. Corrupters are driven to redefine good and bad in terms which justify their corruptness, as if people could disconnect from objective reality and pretend the solutions to problems in the face of destructive behavior. One of the things that condemns corrupters is self-contradiction. All corruption carries the hypocrisy of changing the standard which is applied to self for everyone else. Corrupters justify their corruption on the basis of fixing everyone else's imperfections. Therefore, their own imperfections must be imperfections. But not in the eyes of corrupters. In other words, the essence of right and wrong is in objective reality. Obviously, destroying property is wrong. That means objective reality determines right-from-wrong. Property is only definable in terms of objective realities. But there is another rationalization for degeneracy. Supposedly, cutting corners is necessary element of effectiveness. To get hung up on the details ruins the whole process. The fraud of that argument is that there isn't a grand product after the corrupt details of cutting corners. Corrupters never get past their corner-cutting details When the end result accomplishes nothing, corrupters say they tried. Following a path which guarantees no constructive result is not a proper method of trying. This is the context which shows what is wrong about degeneracy. Degeneracy promotes destructive behavior which harms everyone through objective criteria. The fake worth of degenerates is a fraud. That’s why rational persons promote integrity based on honesty and virtue. |
