Corrupters start at their desired end point and use fake excuses for getting there. When their purpose is to rob vulnerable persons blind, they add austerity as an excuse.

One of the things that characterizes corrupters is that they never explain. If they could explain, it wouldn't be corruption. They don't even try to produce fake explanations, because any contact with reality exposes them for the degenerates that they are.

So they do no more than state claims. Claiming that austerity creates efficiency is one of their constant claims with no explanations.

An example is Dejoy dismantling sorting equipment for the Post Office. It costs money to dismantle equipment. There is no explanation of why it needed to be dismantled. No one has ever claimed that hand labor improves efficiency in handling billions of items by the Post Office. But Dejoy claims he is producing austerity as a means of increasing efficiency, as if degradation of procedures were an increase in efficiency.

Efficiency is determined by procedures. No one ever explains how gutting budgets improves procedures when they call it austerity. Firing essential workers is how the International Monetary Fund creates austerity. That means less effective procedures. If it were cutting fat, there would need to be an evaluation of the difference between fat and essential elements. No such determination is ever made. Quantitative reduction is the only element of austerity that is ever mentioned.

Efficiency is a technical analysis. Yet the promoters of austerity to increase efficiency are never qualified to do a technical analysis and never make such an attempt. By definition, they are promoting fraud. It's like someone claiming to repair an automobile by removing parts from it.

Austerity has never been anything but an excuse for creating problems for vulnerable persons. No one has been describing a more noble purpose for austerity. It's not a concept that can be incorporated into constructive procedures.
