Robo's formula for solving the political problems is to institute "survival of the fittest." He says Earthlings made a big mistake putting misfits in control of everything. They can't add and subtract; they dodge taxes; they bankrupt everything they touch, exploit workers, create homelessness and subvert the government. It's time to put the best of everything in control of our lives.

One way to do that he says is to invert the SAT scores. Another would be to promote the persons who pay the largest part of their income in taxes. Moving people up the ladder when they can't afford transportation and use buses would be another.
