The purpose of impeachment is to deal with a threat to the democracy described by the U.S. Constitution, as often stated. Some persons want a different type of democracy devoid to the Constitutional guarantees inscribed by laws.

So the purpose here is to describe the nature of the problem in more basic and simple terms. The problem is a threat to rational existence. There is only one type of democracy that serves rational existence. Trying to produce a different type of democracy that tears down rational existence is the alternative.

The problem is a standard of existence that is developed and promoted by persons who oppose rational existence. They attack rationality as if it were an evil.

The basic standard of attacking rationality is extremely visible. It should be totally unacceptable and is occasionally said to be; but it relentlessly imposes itself upon rational existence generally with the pretense of being a superior standard. That standard is basically an imposition of absurdities as fact just because we say so—no evidence, no logic, no credibility, just us saying so.

It's the "us" that makes falsehoods fact by decree. Link to any sacred us, and the absurd becomes unquestionable fact.

On that basis, any destructive claim is sanctified by linking it to an unquestionable power figure. In science, this process reaches its extreme absurdity in claiming mockeries of physics are fact because Einstein said so. There are no measurements, evidence or laws of physics to Einstein's claims; they are just fact because he said so.

A secondary element of the process is to have the most irrelevant, incompetent dupes do the proclaiming, so more important persons keep their hands clean. Global warming and renewable energy are promoted by pesons who have never studied an iota of science and have no social significance. They contradict everything the most extreme alarmists climatologists claim; but it's supposed to be fact because it's something that moves in the same direction. Everything that can be associated with weather or climate and sometimes other things are supposedly caused by carbon dioxide in the atmosphere.

The most significant point about that process is that the direct consequences are almost irrelevant, as no one can remove carbon dioxide from the air. The significance is that it is a methodology for stripping rationality from social existence and putting irrational persons in control of our lives. No democracy of any relevance can exist at that standard.

Conservatives accidentally ended up on the right side of the global warming issue, while they know nothing of the science. Liberals had the wrong side of the issue imposed onto them by fake greens who know nothing of the science. The truth cannot be determined by nonscientists until frauds in science get corrected.
