Conservatives assume they are going to "make America great again" by putting the train in reverse—the train of constructivity.

Constructivity requires everything that conservatives are opposed to, such as procedures which involve planning, organizing, evaluating and solving problems. Why are conservatives opposed to all of that? Because they are incompetents who get left behind where demands are place upon constructive processes. So conservatives pretend that constructive procedures are corruptions.

You can't go by the claims of conservatives, because corruption is always glamorized by speaking in opposites. They pretend to be improving the economy while they bankrupt everyone by having corporations burn tax dollars. They pretend to be promoting capitalism while providing no processes for solving the problems that businesses have. They say businesses are on their own in dealing with a pandemic.

There should have been an attempt to secure supply lines for critical products, particularly in health care. But even the military threw caution to the wind in exploiting unsecure supply lines, which can only be deduced through the indirect evidence that the military cannot maintain their hardware adequately. Look at the rare earth metals. China owns most of the sources, even when they are mined in Canada.

To secure supply lines would have required government involvement, but conservatives oppose government involvement in anything, as if chaos were the answer to everything.

Why are conservatives that way? Because they are incompetent. They try to reduce complexities to simplicity to diminish their problem. Reducing a complex society to simplicity is to reduce it to rubble. They speak in opposites in turning American into rubble for the first time.

What conservatives mean by "swamp" is complexity. They can't handle complexities, so they pretend that the persons who do are corrupt. Stripping complexity from modern complexities is reducing everything to rubble.
